Investments will go toward such social impact initiatives as the Foundation oSeculo, which is a social enterprise providing hostel accommodation for tourists, while also providing social services for under-privileged youth. Minimal investment amounts are $100,000 Euros, with the Portuguese government guaranteeing 50% of each investment.
