Infinite 8 Announces New Division Dedicated to Fill Gap in A.I. Industry
Infinite 8 Institute, LLC, an Omaha-based for-profit and social enterprise, announces a new Division, Infinite 8 A.I. (I8A.I.), a new wholly owned subsidiary of Infinite 8 Institute, that is solely dedicated to servicing the Artificial Intelligence industry. The purpose of I8A.I. is to translate the human experience, by providing customized data sets for machine learning and the training of autonomous systems. I8A.I. also seeks to buy, sell, and create original and unique caches of data. International Data Corporation predicts that the global production of data by 2025 will grow to 450 Billion GB per day. While there is a dire need for talent in the A.I. field, there is an even greater need for massive amounts of data, and Miners of data to shift through and translate all that data for higher levels of machine learning and training accuracy. I8A.I. also plans to become a catalyst for social impact, through the creation of 100 Data Mining positions in the Greater Omaha Area over a period of 3 years, specifically aiming to employ the underemployed, dislocated workers, at-risk youth, and veterans.
